Author Guidelines

Jurnal Literatia Cendekia welcomes original scholarly works from academics, researchers, practitioners, and students. Manuscripts submitted must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by other journals.

Scope of the Journal

The journal publishes articles related to literacy, education, social sciences, humanities, and other relevant interdisciplinary fields that contribute to the advancement of knowledge and literacy practices.

Types of Manuscripts

  • Original research articles

  • Review articles

  • Conceptual or theoretical papers

  • Case studies related to literacy and education

Manuscript Preparation

  • Manuscripts should be written in English or Bahasa Indonesia

  • The length of the manuscript is 5,000–8,000 words, including references

  • Use a clear and academic writing style

  • Manuscripts should be prepared using the journal’s official template

  • References must follow the journal’s specified citation style

Structure of the Manuscript

A typical manuscript should include:

  1. Title

  2. Author(s) name and affiliation

  3. Abstract and keywords

  4. Introduction

  5. Methodology (if applicable)

  6. Results and Discussion

  7. Conclusion

  8. References

Submission Process

All manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s Online Journal System (OJS). Authors are required to complete all metadata accurately during submission.

Peer Review Process

Every submitted manuscript undergoes a double-blind peer-review process conducted by independent reviewers. The editorial decision is based on the reviewers’ recommendations and the journal’s academic standards.

Publication Ethics

Authors must adhere to ethical standards in academic publishing, including originality, proper citation, and avoidance of plagiarism. Any form of academic misconduct will result in rejection.

☐ The manuscript follows the journal’s template and formatting guidelines.

☐ The length of the manuscript is 5,000–8,000 words, including references.

☐ The title, abstract, and keywords are complete and clearly reflect the content of the article.

☐ All references are properly cited and listed in accordance with the journal’s citation style.

☐ The manuscript has been checked for plagiarism and meets ethical publication standards.

☐ Author names, affiliations, and email addresses have been correctly entered in the OJS metadata.

☐ Any required supplementary files (if applicable) have been uploaded.
